Raynes Barn is the largest remaining farm in Exeter, NH. Established in the 17th century (can we think about that for a moment?), this big red barn overlooks rolling hills of hay and forest, and there's even a little graveyard on the property. The really special thing? It's conserved, so for perpetuity, this little slice of land will remain undeveloped and scenic, as the rest of the world around it changes and grows. That seemed like a good enough reason to make a print of it, wouldn't you think?
Black/white linocut print. 12x18", printed on 13x19" paper.
